The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the blind is drawn. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only. There are 2 TV’s in the room 1 is SMART perfect for Netflix at night, the other is above the coffee table/sofa and is Freeview only and smaller in size.
The room also benefits with a sofa area where you can relax without going to the main communal kitchen. This has a tv unit and tv in front. Perfect for somewhere to wind down in the evenings. There is also an intercom in each room allowing you to answer the door without going down 2 flights of stairs.

The utility has its own sink and plenty of storage for all washing items. The separate utility allows all washing to be kept out of the way and no disturbances whilst in the kitchen.
