Location:
The flat is located in Central Reading - 10-12min walk to station. You'll have very convenient access to supermarket (5min Tesco and Iceland, 10min Sainsbury and M&S), shopping (8min Oracle Shopping Centre), coffee, cinema, butchers, fish mongers, tailors etc. Most places are walkable.

The rent does not including bills. For your estimate, below is the breakdown for 2 people per month.

BT Broadband: £44 (you can change provider if you think it is too expensive)
