Double room in 2 bed flat for lodger in Reading

Hi there! I'm looking for a lodger for my furnished (south-facing) double room (bills and WiFi included) in the Southcote area of Reading.

Contains:
- Double bed
- 2 built-in cupboards with clothes rails
- Small desk with chair
- Chest of drawers

Good size kitchen. Living room with small balcony and bathroom.

- On-street parking but not allocated. I've never had a problem but it can get busy, might just mean you have to park around the corner.
- 20 minute walk to edge of town centre (30 to main station)
- 10 minute walk to Reading West train station
- 5 minute walk to bus stop in and out of town (including to big Sainsbury’s)
- 5 minute walk to the park
- 12 minute walk to Tesco Express

Happy to consider students and short lets.

Me? I'm a late twenties charity worker, currently working from home (and for the foreseeable future). I'm relatively introverted but don't care if you are. Enjoy doodling, cooking and going for walks and figuring out how to adjust to the world opening up again!
