2 Lovely double room available in shared house!

Hello - I’m renting out two rooms - a large double and a small double, in my lovely house.

I’m looking for professionals (Masters or PHD students considered) to move in, & ideally stay for at least 6 months. I’m looking for people who are mature & responsible but also friendly and good humoured. I am away a lot so I need people I can trust in my absence.

LOCATION: Situated in a great location on a quiet street, 10mins walk to Reading West Station which is then just a 3min train ride to Readings main station. 25mins walk to the town centre and we’re also only a short walk to the Royal Blue 33, Sky Blue 15 or the Purple 17 line.

Door to door you can get into London in an hour.

The house is located west of Reading town centre, near to lots of amenities including Kensington Park, Prospect Park & M4 motorway. Nearby there is also Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tescos, IKEA and a decent gym is only 5mins away if you’re so inclined.

THE SMALL DOUBLE is a nice & light sized double overlooking our little garden. It comes with a good quality double bed with under-bed storage, chest of drawers, shelving & a bedside table. There is a wardrobe/cupboard outside of the room that you can use as a wardrobe. (the room is now painted pale grey which is much nicer than the yellow in the photos!!)

THE LARGE DOUBLE The room is a good sized double with a nice view out to the garden and comes furnished with lots of storage (massive built in wardrobe and under-bed storage). It's at the back of the house and very quiet at night.

If you want to bring your own furniture I'm happy to facilitate this too.

THE HOUSE: The house is lovely throughout with a shared lounge, kitchen, small utility area, bathroom and 2nd reception room. We also have a small but nice south facing garden.

The kitchen is new with loads of storage, a dishwasher and spacious for the era, new bathroom with good shower and hot water on demand. All bills are included. There is a washing machine, unlimited fibre optic broadband, large smart TV, TV recorder & netflix.

CURRENT HOUSEMATE: Adina (26) is living in the house. She is lovely and we are both looking forward to meeting any new housemates.
