- Train, 10 minutes walk from Reading West station which has a 5 minute train into town centre
- Buses, 5 minutes walk to both Oxford road and Tilehurst road with regular buses on both.
- Walking, 30 minutes walk to the town centre

Food:
- 7 minutes walk to a big Tesco
- Takeaways, pubs, restaurants and food shops all within 20 minutes walk max

Parking:
On street parking is available. You will have to register your vehicle at the address and pay a yearly parking fee to the council (£50).

Housemates:
- My name is Tim and I'm a live-in landlord. This is my first house and I've been here for just over two years.
- I work in tech and go to London for work twice a week, otherwise i work from home
- I'm pretty chilled and reasonable. I've had my fair share of bad landlords and housemates in the past so I'm keen not to copy those experiences now that i have my own place.
- I speak French and Spanish to an ok level and I'm learning Ukrainian
- I enjoy training and keeping fit
- I'm vegan, but have no issues with tenants who want to eat meat in the house.
