Large double bedroom available in a cute Victorian terraced house with kitchen, bathroom and separate lounge and dining room.

There is a garden complete with a gas BBQ, plum tree and outdoor seating. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

I've had a few requests about this so to save time, no pets, no couples/families. I'd prefer in person viewings as it's really important for me to get on with the person I live with.
The house is located on a quiet street off the Oxford Road in West Reading. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town centre, 7 minutes from the local train station and 2 minutes from bus stops into town. The area is vibrant with a range of shops, pubs and local amenities nearby. 

All bills and wifi included with the added benefits of Netflix and Prime on a 50 inch TV. On-street parking available from the local council. Available to move in from immediately but please get in touch if you need something earlier, happy to be flexible.
