The room has recently been redecorated and is a en-suite double room in a quiet 2 bedroom, 3rd floor flat, in Reading town centre.

The room is available only on weekdays and rented as a Monday to Friday let. So this room is perfect if you live further afield but work in Reading or the surrounding areas and want to reduce your commuting time by staying somewhere close to work and then return home on the weekends. You’d be welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekends. 3 month minimum let.

5 nights at £135 per week paid on a monthly basis. All bills included.

Live in landlord who is a working professional. Lodgers agreement would be provided upon confirmation of lease.

Bedroom furniture: Large wardrobe, queen sized double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers included in the room. A Smart TV is available upon request.

Bathroom: is a Jack and Jill design but acts as an en-suite for you, as shown in the floorplan, with the other door being to the hallway.

Kitchen: recently renovated with a washing machine, coffee machine and other amenities.

Living areas: there is a spacious shared living room with a dining table, and sofa area to watch TV.
