There is a fully equipped kitchen and storage cabinets. All bills included, including council tax, Wifi, TV license (except the dryer).

Easy access to the M4, Prospect park is about 7 minutes walk away and Reading West is about 8 minutes walk away. Four bus routes running to the city centre and central station.
