We are four young professionals aged between 25-29. We have a double room becoming available as I am moving out to live by the sea.

We are looking for a sociable like-minded professional who would be keen to join the house for pub trips, gym sessions, house BBQs, film nights, etc.

The spacious 3-storey modern townhouse is in an excellent location in central Reading, less than 10 mins walk to the Oracle, 20 mins walk to the train station. The street is quiet and safe with a great neighbourhood feel. We have a driveway and free visitors parking (a rare thing in Reading!). There is space on the drive if you have a car as only one of our housemates currently drives.

The house is very spacious and comes with all modern amenities; large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer/dryer, bike storage, garden with BBQ, loads of additional storage space, 2x bathrooms (with powerful shower), and a large shared living room (with projector!)

Rent: £465pcm + Bills (~£130-150 per month)
Deposit: £465

The room is technically unfurnished however I will have a bed, mattress and wardrobe I can sell on for a small amount if required.

Ideally you would start the tenancy 1 June but can negotiate moving in sooner than that if needed!
