Bright double room in house

I am sadly moving out in July and am looking for something to take my place in this lovely 5 bed property.

You’ll be sharing with 4 young professional lads. I can confirm they are all a very good laugh and extremely easy going - they knew each other from uni and took me in. The place is kept nice and tidy and we split a cleaner every few weeks to really keep on top of it.

The room is lovely, back of the house with very little noise and a comfortable bed. Wardrobes built in along the back of the wall for loads of storage and all furniture you see included. You will share the bathroom shown with one of the house mates who is on the same floor (first floor). Two house mates live on the ground floor and then one has the top floor to himself.

Kitchen is all brand new, as are all the carpets and bathrooms. Garden is nice and large too if you need a little fresh air. There is a large drive out front so plenty of room if you have a car.
