I am renting out the Ensuite master bedroom from my 4-bed town-house, available from 1st of Mar 2026. It's in the nice community of Kennet Island with easy access to Reading town centre and junction 11 of M4. Aldi and Morrisons supermarkets are within 5-7 min walk. There are good primary school and secondary girls school nearby. We are a friendly family looking for a nice and quiet lodger who can share the kitchen with us. If you don't need the kitchen, the rent can be reduced by £100/month. Rent includes Council Tax, Service charge, TV licence and Fibre Broadband.
