We have an en-suite double bedroom available in our friendly house in Reading, near to the hospital and University Campus.

It is a detached four bedroom house. Two bedrooms benefit from private en-suites, whilst the other two bedrooms share two bathrooms adjacent to each bedroom. There is a large kitchen with two new fridge freezers, and new living area with dining table and sofa area. Laundry washer and dryer facilities are available.

There is BT fibre broadband and a driveway with plenty of free off-street parking for all housemates. To the rear is a large lawned garden with a spacious patio area, complete with table and chairs. There is secure access to the side of the house for storing bikes etc.

The bedroom available is a double en-suite bedroom, and is located to the front of the first floor of the house. It comes furnished with everything that you would need - a double bed & mattress, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair for working from home. The room also has a large eaves cupboard which is ideal for storing suitcases in. This room is £850pcm.

All bills (gas, electricity, water, house tv license, council tax and fast BT internet connection) are included in the monthly rent.

Deposits are put into a tenancy deposit scheme. No additional fees are charged to tenants.
