We have a room available in our 4 bed established house share it is a good sized room with a double bed and wardrobe inside, these can be dismantled and placed into storage if unfurnished is preferred.
This is a house share so ideally we would all like the new housemate to be interested in the odd occasional social get together meals out etc.
As in the details above there are 2 males and one female already living here all have lived together for a fair amount of time. The house having a kind caring and relaxed feel and vibe.
The property has a shared bathroom bath+shower a separate downstairs toilet, there is a shared living room and a good sized back garden which hosts the odd BBQ in the warmer months with the weather permitting.
Bills will be included in the room price. (Band D council tax included)
There is limited off road parking available as the parking areas are shared with our neighbour.
The house is 10 minutes from Reading town station and the town center .
