The private en-suite bedroom (12m²) comes fully furnished with a small double bed, desk and chair, and generous storage, making it ideal for studying and everyday living. The flat has a fully fitted shared kitchen with a hob, oven, two full-size fridge/freezers, and a breakfast bar, perfect for socialising or relaxed evenings in.
Kendrick Hall offers excellent facilities including fast internet (up to 100Mbps), communal lounge and TV areas, study spaces, landscaped gardens, courtyard, bike storage, laundry room, CCTV, onsite maintenance, and contents insurance included.
