Room in a gorgeous flat in Bankside Gardens

Hey!

I’ve recently purchased this 2 bed apartment in Bankside Gardens, green park and would love to find someone nice to live with me!

The room is a good size double (unfurnished) with a private bathroom. There is a shared living area with sofa, tv and dining table and kitchen. There is also large doors out to a lovely balcony over looking the lake.

You would also have access to the gym, coworking space, and cinema room! Unfortunately the property only has one parking space which is occupied, there is a visitor space we can use and share between us.

I am super friendly, chilled, work from home 3 ish days per week and would just love someone I can have chats with, have the odd dinner with and go grab coffee with etc 🥰 would love to meet you and see what you think!
