Cozy and bright flat, Kennet river side, town cent

My flatmate is moving out after a year of sharing this amazing property.
I have an agreement with the landlord to find another tenant. The landlords are very nice people, always ready to help out with any minor issues. The flat is affordable considering the rental prices in the area. It's big, bright, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, hallway, two big storage rooms and an allocated spot for bikes and a car in the garage. The property is very well insulated, hence the bills are extremely affordable as well (never paid more than 50 not even in the winter months) . We already have a good deal with a wi-fi running at the property. The house and neighboours are really nice. I am an italian 30 years old girl who works at the University, calm and chill and friendly.
