All the girls are young professionals working in the reading area and so another young professional would be ideal. It is an all girls house and always will be so I am preferably looking for another girl who is relaxed and social and wishes to live in a fun all girls house.

The house has 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs both shared between 5), there is a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, both of which are considerable size.

The property a few minutes walk from a bus into Reading town centre - taking less than 10 minutes, and coming every 6 minutes. The property is a 20 min walk into Reading town centre.

The property is 5 minutes from Earley train station (train directly to London Waterloo) Reading University, the Royal Berkshire Hospital and Thames Valley Business Park.

There are various shops which are less than a 5 minute walk away including supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, dry cleaners, a beauty parlour and numerous eating places. The property is also opposite a beautiful park.
