More About Us!
We (James and Alice) work full-time in professional roles. We’re both busy and independent people who enjoy spending time together. We value downtime and enjoy being sociable with others. Our weekends are usually a mix of exercise (we’re both runners), cooking (mostly vegetarian food), watching the latest TV drama, or seeing friends and family.
Whilst we’d be live-in landlords, we’re looking for a relaxed and friendly vibe.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly tenant that works full-time (ideally office-based), enjoys being sociable from time-to-time, and values a calm home.
This is not a HMO or a crowded flat share, we are offering a large amount of space in a family home. For that reason, the house would best suit someone who enjoys living in a friendly home rather than just a room.
Here’s a few pointers about who we’re ideally looking for:
• Independent, mature, sociable professional.
• Someone clean and tidy (you clean up after yourself) and is respectful of shared spaces.
• Values a calm and peaceful home.
• No pets (unfortunately, Alice is allergic to fur).
• No smokers.
