Two Rooms Available to Rent

This is a 3 bed property that comes with an attic room as well. There are two bathrooms and all rooms are fully furnished. The house comes with a small front room to welcome guests and an open plan kitchen fitted with all the necessary amenities. There is also a storage room which can be used for boxes or bags and also contains a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a back garden that can be used during summer time for events like barbecue. Council tax is band C and Wi-Fi is virgin full fibre.

As for me I work 5 days of the week so I am not very much in the house but when I am either relaxing in my room watching some Netflix or in the kitchen. I do fancy the game of pro clubs with a couple mates as well. I am very particular on hygiene especially in common areas of the house.
