Spare room to be filled in ASAP!!

This is a lovely house share located right in the popular student housing area, with easy access to multiple bus routes, cafe yolk, the Whiteknights and London Road campus and multiple small grocery stores. I have dropped out of uni so would be looking for someone to fill in my space for me, before 30th May! This house is refurbished from its original state with great inbuilt furnishings, large amounts of storage and space. All housemates are lovely and are going into their second year at university. Although on the listing it says a woman is preferred, we are also accepting men. If this sparks your interest please make an enquiry to discuss details further.
