Looking for friendly professional person working away from home , who have a home elsewhere and need a room local to their current work place,
You’ll have a south facing sunny warm double room on the 5th floor ,double bed complete with large television, free fast fibre optic broadband, large desk/ table for dining/ working/ small fridge/kettle and use of microwave./ Ninja air fryer/kitchen ect
Use of Shared bathroom with 1 ( Lounge and diner is not shared ) but always up for a chat .
Good storage space to leave belongings over weekend . Room will be cleaned weekly by self and new fresh bedding replaced every Monday
Ideal if you come by train but if you need to park then Q park opposite is £145 quarterly (3 months ) and can be arranged by myself . Or private parking in flats opposite often available.
Excellent transport as in town centre . Near 2 train stations.
