I have one other house mate at present who is doing a PHD at Reading University. The house is fully furnished and the bed has a recently new mattress.

The house is within walking distance of Reading University, Reading Central Station for access to London, the Royal Berkshire Hospital, and also Thames Valley Park (TVP).

The room will suit a tidy working professional or quieter student.
All bills are included including Wifi.

Parking is zoned street parking and a fee is payable for additional cars.

Couples may be considered but there is a £100 additional charge per month.

Strictly no smoking.
