Current tenant is a wonderful housemate and I am only moving out to live with my partner.

The room is available now, but happy to negotiate a later move in day. This is for a ~6 month tenancy, the contract will end on January 27th.

The house is rented through an agency, so once a housemate has been identified, then they will require to perform housing checks. There is a £75 fee for this, however I am happy to reimburse this once the checks have been completed successfully and the tenancy contract is in place.

There is a security deposit of £730.
