We are looking for a professional person who works regular office hours, ideally for a long term let. Final year under-graduates, masters and post-graduate students are also welcome. These rooms are suitable for sole applicants only.

This modern houseshare boasts a large kitchen with dining area and a friendly set of tenants.

Room 4 is on the first floor overlooking the back garden and parking area.
Room 1 is on the ground floor at the front of the house.

Each room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has full ensuite facilities, including a rain shower!

The rent includes all utility bills, fast Wi-Fi and a regular cleaner for communal areas.

The NRLA accredited landlords are local and well-known, with an excellent reputation for the prompt resolution of any issues.

Off-road parking and a bike shed are available at a small extra charge.
