Hi, my name is Duncan and I have a great room to move into. Currently offering deposit payment over 2 months rather than all upfront.

Looking to rent the room here listed as single occupancy. Property situated about 100 yards to the Bird in Hand so great for a cheeky couple after a long day. (When we are allowed again, good for take away food at the moment) Sandhurst train station is 10min walk, buses to other towns near by can be accessed a couple of mins walk up the road.

The Main House is nice and spacious with ample seating in lounge medium/large kitchen and dinning area.
No smoking indoors but happy for people to do what they do and there is a sheltered area for it.
Looking for someone who is chilled but knows how to have a good time. I have a dog that loves people and walks. Woods are 2 min walk away for walks runs and biking.

Main rules of the house are;
If it's dirty, clean it. If it's clean, put it away. If you break it, report it and fix it or replace it. If its breaking, report it so it can be fixed before you break it. Leave the lounge tidy for others. Be mindful of noise on work nights. Guests are welcome every so often not to be abused every night though.

Looking for someone that is happy to pitch in and help keep the outside of the house nice as well as the inside also someone who is looking to get fit this or already gyms/runs/is active as 2 of us are keen to be more active (this isn't essential though).

Bit about me; I'm a business owner and site engineer in the electronics industry, I work hard and like to play hard to. I love to cook when I have time and enjoy gaming, motorbiking, raving, skiing, DIY and bouldering down the climbing centre.

The room is available furnished, unfinished or mix of them both.

Refundable deposit of 1 month rent. Rent due 1st of each month.
2 month min stay and 1 month notice on departure pending conditions of contract.
COUPLES = £50.00 P/W additional fee.
