Double room near Sandhurst station

The garden.

I have a double room (290cm x 350cm) available to rent in a 5 bedroom bungalow in a very quiet out of the way road in Sandhurst, Monday to Friday only, the room has a double bed with memory foam mattress, a double wardrobe, a computer desk & a 32" Samsung LCD TV & Freesat box mounted on the wall (cables can also be used for Sky+ box). It has a double glazed window (looking out to the side of the house) with wooden bllinds & central heating. The room is very close ot the WiFi router & has a smoke detector.

You will share use of the main bathroom (bath, toilet, sink & shower) with my other (very tidy) male lodger.

Shared facilities include a large living room with log burner, kitchen (automatic ice machine & filtered water from fridge), very large garden, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & running machine.

The house has a very large non-overlooked garden with a patio seating area, lawn, many mature trees & is a very quiet & peaceful place to relax or have the odd BBQ.

The surrounding area is also very green with lots of mature trees around.

There is lots of space for parking on the driveway, Sandhurst train station (SND) is 4 minutes walk away with regular trains to Reading (19 minutes), Guildford (25 minutes) & Gatwick (1hr 15 minutes). There are many shops & takeaways within a 5 minute walk including a Tesco Express, Co-op & 5 Pubs.

I am a computer professional that works mainly from home. I am a very chilled out person looking for someone to rent a room with a similar attitude to life.
