I have a double room available in my spacious 5 bedroom house which is conveniently located in Sandhurst. The house 2 mins walk from lots of shops, including a Tesco, Co-op and a Boots. There is a lovely park and woodlands nearby which are good for walks. There is space to park on the cul-de-sac and the house is well located to quickly access the motorway. It is also a very short walk to the train station.
We have a fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, oven, fridge- freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc.) There is a spacious lounge area with a TV, a dining area and a spacious garden. There is a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The house is capable of comfortably fitting 4 people, with enough room for everyone to have their own space.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED- council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband and a cleaner to make sure the house is kept clean and organised. This also includes a small amount for shared items.

I have lived in the house for 5 years, I work in HR from home. The other tenants are friendly and quiet. One lady also keeps her two rabbits in the car port and enjoys looking after them.
