The second double bedroom is on the opposite side of the flat, next to the second bathroom. The large size and the layout of the property, lends to a spacious feel and privacy for all occupants. This flat is not suited to more than 3 people.

Council tax, water and service charge are included in the rent. Electricity, Tv License and internet cost are to be paid by the tenants.
