A bedroom, in a 2 bedroom (you have to walk through one of the bedrooms) to get to the bathroom, 2 reception rooms and a kitchen for rent.

The current situation, is that the house is unfurnished at the minute, as i needed to take possessions abroad for my temporary project abroad at short notice.

All bills will be extra, I expect to come to the property 2 - 4 days a month and stay in the walk through bedroom.

Its my main home, therefore all bills remain in my name, but the flatmate is expected to pay what the costs are each month. No mark up or extra cost will be charged or levied on this figure. A breakdown of this costs will be given each month with evidence and receipts. an estimation of the bills is 400 to 500 pounds PCM.

The house can be part or fully furnished depending what the flatmate preferences.

Looking for someone to make the place there home , the mainly the gardening, all other maintenance jobs will be organised and paid for by me the landlord..
