A Double bedroom in a 2 story apartment block in Spenser's wood. Ideal for anyone working on MOD sites in the local area. Looking for someone to occupy the spare room week days. Street parking bays available all around the estate with full view from the apartment. My general weekly hobbits means i am out of the apartment by 5:30 am and back around 6 pm so limited time to clash. Spare Bedroom includes A double bed, mattress protection and black out curtains. shared spaces include living room, kitchen including fridge freezer and bathroom. All bills included e. g water, electricity, gas and internet. cutlery and kitchen ware not included but space will be provided for storage.
