Lovely large, light double room in shared house (landlady lives in). Although no ensuite there is sole use of a shower room located just across the hallway. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

There ia a garden, available for use. There are hens who will befriend you for snacks. Please note no cockerel!

You will be allowed free range in the kitchen and access to wi-fi. There is a TV in the bedroom. The living room is available for use, no TV in there but there us a log burner.

Double room with bed (new mattress), built in wardrobe, chests of drawers, bedside cabinet and comfy chair.

There are three local pubs nearby as well as the Mereoak Park and ride to Reading within 1 mile. Very handy for AWE, Burghfield, Theale Business Park, Madejski, Green Park or M4 (J11 5 mins) There is also a post office and local shop and a bus stop all within 5 mins walk

I would prefer to share with a non smoking professional person who is looking for accomodation Mon- Fri only.
