House share in Victorian mansion

We are looking for a housemate!

We live in a gorgeous Victorian house with a massive garden in Stoke Green. It's a property guardianship so the rules are slightly different in comparison to a regular tenancy. There are around 20 people here, but it's quiet and there's plenty of space not to be in each other’s way. We're mostly professional people in our 30s-50s.

We have an unfurnished upstairs room, available immediately. It's 3.5 x 5 metres (12x17'). It could do with a lick of paint. There are a couple of shared kitchens. The bathroom near the room is shared but rarely used by anyone else. Huge garden and plenty of parking space in the gated compound.

The house is close to Wexham Park Hospital and Pinewood Studios. There are buses to Slough station, Burnham and the Chalfonts, though it’s most suited for someone with a car. Easy connections to M40, M4, M25 and Heathrow airport.

Cost is £450 a month, includes all bills except for internet. Single occupancy only, no pets.
