Spacious kingsize in light and airy duplex

Hi there, I have a nice double room available in my spacious apartment in Sunningdale, just a few minutes walk from the train station.

The room is large and airy with a nice kingsize 4 poster bed and a small private ensuite which has shower, wc and sink. There's space to put a desk in the bedroom if you want to. I work from home so I use the lounge as my office during the day but I'd be happy to share the space if you want to work in there or there is plenty of room in the dining room too.

I'm very friendly and chilled out (and I don't think I have any crazy habits ha ha) so the apartment is more of a cosy, relaxing space than a party house although I do have my moments!

I do a lot of running so if you like getting out on the trails I can show you some great local routes and I also spend quite a bit of time at the gym and doing yoga.

There's a large shared kitchen and dining room with a big sunny South facing terrace which is lovely in Summer.

There's no allocated parking but there is free off-road parking at the back of the apartment. Parking on-road at the front is free overnight after 5pm until 9am and free at weekends. There is also paid parking available which is convenient but pricey - just outside the back of the apartment.

I like to keep the place nice and tidy so I guess I'm just looking for an easy-going housemate who wants to live somewhere cosy and chilled out!
