Double room available in spacious, well maintained two bedroom bungalow, with one other occupant.

Property is next door to the train station, and has ample parking.

There is space for tenants to work from home, and the option for a second living area to be set up should more privacy be required.

The room is unfurnished, but the house is furnished by the current tenant. The current tenant is more than happy for new tenants to bring their own things, and move things around. The landlord is also happy for new tenants to paint the bedroom at their own cost, should they wish.

There is a sizeable garden, patio, garage, and shed all available for use.

Bathroom contains a bath, and over-bath shower, and will be shared between the two occupants.

The room let is a house-share, and so tenants are welcome to have guests over, and treat the whole property as their home. No isolation to the bedroom!

Please note, bills are NOT INCLUDED in the rent. They are paid by the current tenant, and new tenants will need to pay their share.
The room will be let by Henwick lettings agents, but they have allowed me as the existing tenant to seek a roommate myself.

*** Important note - the current tenant has two dogs who spend half of each month at the property. Applicants must be happy to live with dogs.

Unfortunately, these dogs are not good with other animals, so the room let is only suitable for small caged pets that can be kept away from them.
