En suite room in Tilehurst

I am a live-in landlord with a spare room available to rent in my ground floor flat.
I work locally as a golf course greenkeeper, so early mornings and weekend work are a large part of my life.
The room comes with its own en-suite bathroom (with shower), use of the shared kitchen / living room and has its own dedicated parking space, so no problems with parking.
There is a tv arial socket available in the room and the flat has “hyperoptic” fast broadband throughout.
The flat is ground floor and built as part of the Dee Park development in Tilehurst, built in 2013. The room has a double ottoman bed, that said it is rented as single occupancy only (with occasional guest excepted).
Situated on the number 17 bus route, you will not find a better served route and you can be in town center in less than 20 mins, even on a busy day.
Looking for a professional to share with, age and gender are not as important as being someone I feel I can share a home with.
