A quiet village country home. Small Double Room

Hey. My son has left home so now have a spare small double room to rent with a small double bed. It is a shared bath and shower with lock, but a very pretty home. It is a quiet location, you would ideally need a car. There is off street parking in a layby/cul-de-sac. You could fit a little desk and computer in there also. Sky TV is provided in the room.

I would prefer a female longer term if it were to be full time. But happy for people as a stop gap or here in area to work for a short term. Would even consider 2-4 days a week as that would be better for me.

Its half an hour walk to Twyford train station. I am spiritual, would like a professional who works in day. No late night shifts (unless very short term and not too disruptive). I am spiritual, do healing for a job and live here with my youngest son.

I do like quiet evenings am asleep by 10 pm as wake early every day. You can make the room how you want it. It doesn't currently have a wardrobe just drawers but can get a wardrobe or clothes rail. It does fit in a wardrobe etc and looks more spacious than seen in the photo. The window overlooks beautiful countryside and a field.

As i live here with my youngest son it would suit a quieter individual but it is a stunning peaceful village location. Would even suit someone who is here in the week but goes away at weekends. I would like someone who is busy with work/life and goes out to see friends or a boyfriend/girlfriend if someone was to live here full time so I can get space in my home sometimes. Council tax band is D.

I have a dog (a black lab) and a cat. Also happy for someone just week days can discuss. Would prefer someone short term who stays here as a stop gap as when I have trained as a celebrant I will be making the room into my healing/clients room. I would want someone for an interim period/stop gap for a few weeks or up to 5/6 months stay if it really was right person and I feel a female would fit in longer term because I live here with my son and for privacy. Happy to discuss this as personality and right fit is key.

I would also consider someone who is working down this way for a few weeks if I haven't got someone staying here.
