Modern Double Room with Ensuite (Bills Included)

I'm a 29yr old homeowner who is looking for someone to take up my main room (large en-suite), as I’ll be leaving the country for 12-24 months for work.

My apartment is a 5min drive to Bracknell Train Station and the town centre. The apartment is a new build, and has two rooms, two bathrooms. The 2nd room is currently occupied by a tenant (now a friend) who I also found from SpareRoom, and he has been my tenant for more than three years now. He’s a busy professional man in his 30’s, who works as a project manager.

My room (the main room) is a large en-suite - it has a king-size ottoman bed and a built-in wardrobe. I also have a desk with two monitors, which you can use for work if you’re hybrid/remote. The room, and the apartment in general is modern, clean, and high quality, so I’d like someone mature who will respect the space and take care of it appropriately.

The living room is pretty spacious with an open plan kitchen area, giving you plenty of space to whip up some nice meals. There's a nice dining area for two people, and plenty of sofa space if you have friends around. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating, high-speed internet, all-inclusive TV box (live sports, series, movies, etc), parking space, and cycle storage. There’s also a great park right outside the apartment for leisurely strolls.

The bills are included in the rent, so you only need to worry about paying rent each month.
