Double room to rent in two bedroom flat with bills included.
I am a professional and work from home in the week. I very quiet and keep the flat clean and tidy. The location is also very quiet and there are visitor car parking spaces available. There are nice views from the flat and some lovely walks in the local area.
There is a shared living room kitchen and bathroom.
Ideally I would like someone who is professional and is also house proud and likes to keep the place tidy. I am open to considering cats or small dogs but it is a second floor flat so it would probably more likely suit a house cat.
