We have a lovely large, furnished double room.
We are situated in a lovely part of Newbury with easy access to the town centre, A34 and M4.
We have a shared bathroom but there is an extra toilet downstairs, which is reflected in the cheap price of the room.
You will have a fridge to yourself and cupboard space in the kitchen.
Smoking is permitted in the garden.
The garden is pretty with a good sized patio for barbecues and relaxing on.
We are a chilled and friendly household where I would hope it would feel like home.
We also have one small friendly dog.
We only ask for a £300 deposit but hope the room will be respected and returned to its original state on departure.
