Room to rent on a farm in a beautiful village

A newly renovated house in a lovely village rural location. We are 2 young professionals who take pride in our house & life.
We live on a farm, so lots of outdoors activities to occupy us. There is 1 small dog at the property (cavalier King Charles spaniel) who is very friendly.

We are situated in the beautiful village of West Ilsley, which is centred immediately off of the A34 dual carriageway with direct links to Newbury and Didcot. It is a 15min drive to Didcot which has the fast train to London making it ideal for commuters and a 30min drive into the historical city of Oxford. The village features a newly opened brilliant pub and you are within a short walk directly onto the Ridgeway, perfect for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.

The view from the room is beautiful of the Berkshire rolling hills.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished upon request.

Room has an adjacent shower room. This will be sole use for 90% of the time unless we have relatives to stay of which it may be shared on an occasional basis.

Large Kitchen, dining & utility areas.

As mentioned, it is a newly renovated house so everything is new & lovely so looking for someone to enjoy the new space yet respect it along with us.
