The room has an in-built mirror-door wardrobe and has a quiet aspect looking over the gardens to the rear of the terrace. The house will be shared with only 2 other tenants who are friendly, clean and tidy and also quiet and respectful professional males.

This home boasts an unusually large kitchen-diner with breakfast bar and dining table, PLUS a large separate sitting room and dining room/storage area. There are two bathrooms: a family bathroom upstairs with bath and shower plus a downstairs shower toom with toilet. French doors from the sitting room lead to a small patio and garden. An additional patio and garden area extends round the side of the house. There is plenty of room to keep a bicyle indoors and good off-road parking in a layby outside next to a small green, which the house overlooks.

We are semi-retired live-out landlords who live nearby and pride ourselves in being prompt, efficient and respectful of tenants' needs and requests.

Virgin Broadband is provided to the house, the cost of which is included in the rent, along with all other bills (TV licence excepted)

Amenities nearby include Tesco supermarket, Post Office, various take-away and late-night grocery shops and a Costa coffee-shop. The house is set back from the road on a small green and is on a bus route and the GotoGate service for Heathrow. Stunning open countryside of Windsor Great Park is a 15-20 minutes walk from the house.

We are looking for a professional, mature male or female (age 25 to 60) who is good-natured, respectful, responsible, easygoing and clean and tidy to join our two current male tenants, both of whom are responsible, easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy professionals.
