The room has been unused for 1 year and the flat was completely re-decorated just over 3 years ago so it has a fresh, bright feel to it and gets plenty of light and air.

Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished with Dining table & chairs, Sofas, TV, Internet, Sky TV &, Xbox & Kitchen Utensils. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer is also included in the price. This property would be with a shared bathroom but has a fully functioning shower and bathtub.

All bills are included within the rent except for your own personal amenities such as toilet rolls, washing detergent, food etc.

Single occupancy only, no pets, smokers are allowed but no smoking in the flat itself.

I'm very easy going, approachable and sociable and work monday - friday so can often spend a lot of time out at the weekends. I'm very tidy and would like someone who will keep themselves tidy as well.
