Room to rent in Winkfield, Windsor SL4

Large double room available for rental in a good sized house in the lovely hamlet of Winkfield, Windsor (although nearer to Ascot than Windsor town).

We have private access to Crown Land for plenty of long walks or bike/horse riding, and Windsor Great Park is a short distance away.

We are close to Ascot racecourse, Legoland and Windsor town. Ascot train station is a few minutes drive away, and the Windsor train stations are a 10 minute drive.

Situated off the A332 with excellent road links to the M3, M4 and A30.

There are 2 lovely pubs in our road. Both are quiet, restaurant type places, and the food is fantastic in both of them.

The bedroom is quite big enough to have your own TV and seating area, although you will also have use of a lounge next to your room.

You will have exclusive use of a full bathroom which is a couple of steps from your room.

I have my own separate living area too, so the only thing we willl share is the kitchen. I don't cook much, so it makes sharing the kitchen very easy.

We have a huge garden and nice patio area in back garden and lots of off road parking on the driveway at the front.

All bills are included except the telephone, so you will need to use your mobile phone. Broadband is also included.

Food is not included obviously, but you will have your own fridge/freezer and cupboard space for your supplies, and as said previously you will have shared use of the kitchen.

I have no objection if you want to smoke outside, but absolutely not in the house. I vape, and that is fine indoors.

I am looking for a professional person who requires a comfortable space they can relax in and call home. We have our own private space when we want it, but can just as easily have some company when we want it as well.
