Spacious Double Room with Ensuite

Huge double room ( could easily have sofa/table if wanted) with ensuite and 2 wardrobes. 1 wardrobe could act as a study as it's like a small room.

Privacy of 1 whole floor to yourself with spacious shower ensuite bathroom.

Only sharing with 1 couple. We are clean and tidy and super friendly. Young and active so we're out and about all the time :) We are quite relaxed while at home. Usually doing work or watching TV/playing video games. We have the middle floor.

The downstairs is communal. Currently has put furniture which includes dining table, sofa, and TV and playstation all up for communal use. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances with 2 fridges (so you will have your own).

We have 1 pet, Dolly, she is a King Charles Cavalier. Super sweet and gentle, does not bark or lick and is always with us so should not get in your way. She has never been upstairs and only stays downstairs and our middle floor.

Garage too is split evenly so you can store belongings there as needed.

Couples welcome (bills will need to be discussed)

Pets considered as long as it gets on with our pet.
