Thank you for viewing my listing. I’m a live in landlord looking to share my spacious penthouse apartment near Sainsbury’s in Winnersh with another friendly, active and clean professional.
The room is a spacious (4.3m x 3.3m) double bedroom with a massive built-in wardrobe. The room also comes with a double bed and mattress, a private shower room and parking. There's free WiFi, cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher and storage for bikes. You’ll need to buy your own food and drinks, toilet rolls, and provide your own bedding.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Winnersh train station, a mile away from Winnersh Triangle and 2 miles away from Wokingham town centre. We're close to Sainsbury's and a 24 hour BP/M&S which also comes in handy.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home more than twice a week but open to hybrid. Would consider someone only looking for short term as well and long term.
