Double room in central Wokingham, just a 50 second walk to the train station.

I’m a 28 year old engineer. I’m quiet and like to keep the place very clean and tidy. I work in Formula 1 so I often have to work long hours and the occasional weekend so I’m out the flat more often than not.
The bedroom is adjacent to a generous hall way and a tiled bathroom with a rain head shower.
The living area comprises an open plan kitchen dining and sitting area. The kitchen has modern, high quality fitted appliances. Sitting area’s focal point is an OLED TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime connected to a stereo sound system.
The heating system is connected to a Smart Control unit which can be controlled remotely from you phone.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The flat is in an ideal location in Wokingham (it really is just a 50 second walk to the station!) with a 10 minute train to Reading station and the other direction down the line takes you all the way to London Waterloo. Supermarkets, gyms, bars, pubs, restaurants and the leisure centre are all within a 10 minute walk from the front door.

There is also an off street parking space which I’ll leave fully accessible.

Rent is £600 per month, all bills included. I will consider renting it out from Monday-Friday at a lower cost.
