A large double room with en suite shower room, for single occupancy in a detached house in south Wokingham. It's in a quiet area with a south-facing patio and garden. Share of the kitchen and living rooms with me and my two adoreable cats.
The room is furnished with a king-size bed (new mattress, pillows and bedding), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. A desk can be provided if required.
The tenant will have the use of the washing machine and a fridge-freezer. Rent includes the cost of bills.
Parking is available on the drive. There's easy access from the house to the M4 and to Wokingham railway station.
The room is available to rent 7 nights a week for £700 pcm but I am flexible and would be happy with weekdays only, in which case the rent would be adjusted pro rata - i. e. £400 pcm for 4 nights a week and £500 pcm for 5 nights a week.
