Newly built two-bedroom apartment in Wokingham town centre. I'm a live-in tenant, looking for a lodger to move into the spare room for a few months. It will need to be short term as I am possibly looking to move out in September '24.

- Large lounge/kitchen place, with all essentials from air fryer and microwave to a large fridge/freezer space
- Sky fibre broadband (download speed of 213Mbps)
- Council tax band C

There is a large communal patio, with really friendly neighbours and an outdoor seating area.

Wokingham station is less than 10 mins walk away, with great routes to Reading and London. We have several pubs/shops/cafés/gyms on our doorstep, loads of nice routes to walk as well.

I work shift, so am not at the flat most days of the week. I tend to go to see mates / family, but am always down to go to the pub or cafe with you, or give you the space for your friends to come and chill. Apart from that I am a very relaxed quiet individual who likes keeping the place tidy so would preferably want someone like-minded to move in.
