Hi, I'm Becky. I'm 30 and I work as a Marketing Manager. I live here with my boyfriend Ed and our 5 year old black and white cat Norman. Ed does hard landscaping.

We are looking for a friendly, clean, tidy, and laid back lodger.

The room contains:
• Small double bed with under bed storage
• >1 year old mattress, previously used for guests
• 13.5 goose feather duvet, 10 tog goose feather duvet, 2 x pillows
• New set of bedding (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases)
• Two-door wardrobe
• Three-drawer bedside table
• Three-drawer chest of drawers
• Bedside lamp and shoe rack

The house comes with:

• Parking
• Washing machine & tumble dryer
• Bath & shower
• Plusnet Internet
• 50" TV with Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube Premium, all the catch up players, and FreeView
• Weekly cleaner
• Big front and back garden. Back garden has a patio area, with table and chairs, and a big BBQ.

All bills are included in the rent.

There is a bus stop minutes away and Dinton Pastures, a country park, is a 5 minute walk.

I work from home. Ed works out of the house and joins in the evenings.

We have friends over a couple times a week for food/catch ups.

The room would be best suited to someone who does not work from home. We are open to Mon-Fri lets too.
