I am an architect and I own the house with my boyfriend John who is a nuclear engineer. The house in a 3 bed and we rent out two spare rooms.
The bedroom we are renting is on the first floor and has a double bed, built in wardrobe, storage, shelving , bedside table, window seat and desk.
The room shares a bathroom with the other bedroom on the floor.
There is a large kitchen with built in washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Communal pots pans, plates utensils etc. Lodgers all have a big cupboard and a shelf in the fridge and freezer.
There is also an open plan dining room connected to the kitchen and there is a communal living room and a study
